GT Interactive was a computer game company that was founded in New York City in 1993, as a division of GoodTimes Entertainment (which itself was founded in New York City as GoodTimes Home Video by the Cayre brothers in 1984). GT Interactive was founded by Kenneth Cayre, Joseph Cayre, Stanley Cayre, and Ron Chainmowitz.

They published Kingdom O' Magic, which was developed by SCi.

GT Interactive was purchased in 1999 by Infogrames. The GT Interactive offices became the official North American subsidiary of Infogrames, which became known as Atari in 2003. After the purchase of GT Interactive, the GT Interactive brand name was retired.
