Talk:Code Formatting Conventions

I'd like to extend this page, based on http://geosoft.no/development/cppstyle.html. I already asked the author of that page for permission, and he gave it, under these conditions:

• Keep a reference to the original document
• Make your own layout

Also, we certainly do not want to copy every single bit -- we simply do some things differently. But overally, IMO that guide is pretty good. -- Fingolfin 18:57, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

Shouldn we also have a more generic "Coding guidelines" page, I wonder? Where we mention things like endianess, packed structs, etc.? -- Fingolfin 21:27, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
