Volcano is a graphical point and click/IF adventure.
You play as a warrior who must rescue a princess and six other prisoners before a volcano erupts.
The game was originally released as shareware.
The developer created other World Builder games (Crystal Search and Quest for T-Rex), which share a similar gameplay.
Different versions of the same game exist, named Volcano I or Volcano II, but they are just updated versions of the same game (not standalone releases).
