Cyan is a company that was founded in 1987 as Cyan by Rand and Robyn Miller in Mead, Washington. In 1997, the company was renamed Cyan Worlds. In 2013, they began using the name Cyan again in branding, but both Cyan, Inc. and Cyan Worlds Inc. continue to exist.
Cyan developed the adventure games The Manhole, Myst, and Riven: The Sequel to Myst. They also published Myst III: Exile.
