Yes, you're right that they should be moved. - They are related to Humongous Entertainment in the fact that Atari owns the Humongous brand and had decided to continue with the name and the series. It may not be the same people at Humongous, nor the same building or the original owners - but Infogrames has owned Humongous long enough to consider it the same company IMHO.
