As well as the main ScummVM interpreter, and related engines, the ScummVM Team occasionally embarks on various side projects.

These currently include:

ScummEX: A resource viewer for SCUMM containers

Residual: A LUA/OpenGL 3D engine for the LucasArts title Grim Fandango

Dragon: A 3D engine for the Revolution title Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon
