The Legend of Kyrandia: Book One is the first game in the Legend of Kyrandia series. It follows Brandon, an inhabitant of the Kingdom of Kyrandia, as he attempts to free both his grandfather and the kingdom itself from an evil curse. Throughout the game, Brandon learns who caused the curse, as well as the secrets to his own origin. Brandon must find the Kyragem, the mystic stone that can remove the curse, and defeat the man who cursed the kingdom of Kyrandia, the evil jester Malcolm.

Create a game directory containing the following files:

(If ScummVM is unable to detect the file - most likely due to the ™-character - you can try renaming it to

- Legend of Kyrandia™
(The last 3 files require resource fork access, so make sure to extract these files correctly, see https://docs.scummvm.org/en/latest/use_scummvm/mac_game_files.html)
Required for both variants:
**NOTE: The kyra.dat file comes bundled with most ScummVM distributions. In most cases, no action is required. However, if you are missing this file, download it here, and place it in the same directory as the other game data files.
