Penumbra: Black Plague is a first-person, 3D survival horror adventure.
It is the second episode in the Penumbra series, and continues Philip's story as he keeps exploring the derelict underground complex and digs deeper into the mysteries it conceals.
Gameplay is very similar, except for the almost complete removal of combat, requiring the player to avoid direct confrontation and outwit or evade the enemies.
