Penumbra: Requiem is a first-person, 3D horror adventure.
It is the third (and final) episode in the Penumbra series. It was not sold individually but only as an expansion of Penumbra: Black Plague or as part of the Penumbra Collection.
Unlike the previous two games, there isn't a definite storyline and there are no enemies. The game brings a sort of closure to Philip's story, narrated through diaries found in each location, which requires puzzle-solving to proceed to the next. When all locations have been solved, the final ending is unlocked.
