Almost certain this is PKWARE Data Compression Library (DCL) Implode, ZIP method #10. The first 2 bytes (0/1 for ascii/binary, 4/5/6 for compression level) are consistent with this, as is the name of the algorithm. --Quietust 03:10, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
