King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride was the seventh game in the King's Quest series. Queen Valanice is transported to the desert land of Eldritch. She has been turned into a troll, and is engaged to be married to the king of the trolls. She must find the king of the trolls, discover a way to return to normal and get back to Daventry, and save Eldritch from the evil sorceress Malicia.
