Sherlock: The Riddle of the Crown Jewels is a text adventure by Infocom that is based on Arthur Conan Doyle's famous detective Sherlock Holmes. In 1887, on the cusp of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, the Tower of London has been closed for "reasons of security" and Holmes is asked to investigate the theft of the crown jewels.
