Ultima VI: The False Prophet was the sixth game in the Ultima series of role-playing games. After Lord British is returned to power, the Avatar is captured and is about to be sacrificed, when he is rescued by his companions. The Avatar is then chased by gargoyles, and while on the run, discovers that the shrines of virtue were captured by the gargoyles. The Avatar now needs to retrieve the shrines and ultimately rescue Britannia from the invaders.
