Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat From Your Head to Your Feet is the third game in the Pajama Sam series. Pajama Sam adventures into his body, where he is taken prisoner by sweets. Then, after escaping, he must get a representative from each Food Group to stop a conflict.
