Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar was the fourth game in the Ultima series of role-playing games. The land of Sosaria is in a period of peace, and Lord British feels that the people lack purpose after the defeat of the evil sorcerers. He seeks a person that can be an example of virtue for others to follow.

Support for Ultima IV is based on the xu4 project, which has been merged into ScummVM.
