Ultima VII: The Black Gate was a game in the Ultima series of role-playing games. Two centuries have passed since the Avatar last visited. A ritualistic murder occurred the prior night, and the townspeople are in a panic. The mayor of Trinsic asks the Avatar to investigate the murder.
