Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon-O-Rama starts with Putt-Putt's dog Pep holding a bunch of balloons. He then barks, releasing the balloons. Now Putt-Putt must collect balloons throughout various levels by bouncing Pep up into the air to catch them.
