Innocent Until Caught 2: Presumed Guilty is the second in a series of two science fiction adventure games. The intergalactic thief Jack T. Ladd is captured by a police officer named Ysanne Andropath, who puts him in a cell on her ship. Jack escapes his cell and destroys the ship's hyperdrive system, forcing the ship to land on a mining planet to refuel. When the two discover that there is no life on the planet, they decide to work together to discover what happened. The player can choose to play as either Jack or Ysanne, experiencing two different stories and solving different puzzles.
