We were accepted eight years in a row starting in 2007, and we failed to convince Google in 2015. But we were back in 2016 and have been accepted again for Google Summer of Code 2017 .
Feel free to check out the GSoC Ideas page. Everybody is welcome to work on tasks listed there (or come up with tasks of their own), independent from the SoC.
We also developed some Project Rules which are obligatory for our students.
There are some Guidelines for our students and Tips From Past GSoC'ers.
