ERE Informatique was a French video game developer and publisher, founded by Philippe Ulrich and Emmanuel Viau in 1981. Infogrames purchased a majority share of the company in 1986, and obtained complete control of the company in June, 1987.
In 1988, they created the Exxos label, which would be dedicated to science fiction games with an original story.
ERE Informatique was disbanded in 1989 when its employees left Infogrames to form an independent development group called Cyro, which would become an official company in 1992.
They developed the adventure game KULT: The Temple of Flying Saucers.
