Bandai was founded in Tokyo, Japan in 1950. Bandai spun its game development group out to Bandai Games in 2005, which merged with Namco to form Namco Bandai Games later that year. Bandai, as Bandai Digital Entertainment, published The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime.
