Gobliiins is the first game in the goblins adventure puzzle series. It is a mixture of an adventure game and a puzzle game. In the game, there a three different goblins who all have their own unique skill. One goblin is strong, and can be used to break things and knock things over. Another goblin can use magic to change the physical attributes of objects, or to simply move objects. The last goblin is the only goblin that can pick up and use objects. You must use each of the goblins to get through each stage. The game has a life meter that goes down when the goblins get hurt.

Installation

Required data files

For more information on how ScummVM uses game data files, see the user documentation.

Amiga, Atari ST, Demo, DOS CD

  • *.STK
  • COMMUN.EX1 (if existing)
  • GOB.LIC (for CD version)

Note: The CD versions of the Gobliiins series contain one big audio track which you need to rip and copy into the game directory if you want to have in-game music without the CD in the drive all the time. The speech is also in that track and its volume is therefore changed with the music volume control.

For more information, see the user documentation.

DOS EGA, DOS VGA

  • *.STK
  • COMMUN.EX1 (if existing)
  • GOB.LIC (for CD version)

Note: Several files of the DOS floppy version are only available after you have run the original installation program and installed Gobliiins to the harddisk.

Macintosh

  • *.STK
  • *.ADL
  • *.FNT
  • COMMUN.EX1

Windows

  • *.STK
  • *.MID
  • *.FNT
