This tool uses a combination of cdrdao, bchunk and - optionally - flac to dump the data from the CD. You should hopefully be able to find packages for all of these for your Linux distribution. It then uses scummvm-tools-cli for the final extraction. Use the --help option to see a list of allowed options. It will create loom.cue and loom.bin files in your current directory.
