Polarware was founded as MP Software in 1978. It became Co-op Software before becoming Penguin Software in 1981. It then became Polarware in 1986.
It developed Oo-Topos, Transylvania, The Coveted Mirror, The Crimson Crown: Further Adventures in Transylvania, Talisman: Challenging the Sands of Time, and Transylvania III: Vanquish the Night.
