Salammbo: Battle for Carthage is a point and click adventure game based on Gustave Flaubert's 1858 novel Salammbo (Russian: Саламбо). The game follows a slave named Spendius who struggles to free the City of Carthage and unite his master and close companion, a Libyan mercenary named Matho, with Salammbo, General Hamilcar's daughter.
