WIP: This page will serve as the central base to organize our summer of code application.
We were accepted eight years in a row starting in 2007, and we failed to convince Google in 2015.
But we were back in 2016 and have been accepted again in 2017 and for [https://g.co/gsoc Google Summer of Code 2018] .


It will:
Feel free to check out the [[GSoC Ideas]] page. Everybody is welcome to work on tasks listed there (or come up with tasks of their own), independent from the SoC.
* Contain info about the whole SoC, including links to http://code.google.com/soc/ etc.
* Maybe a draft of our application? Fingolfin will try to find out how other interested projects handle this
* Link to the [[OpenTasks]] page (which we will keep and maintain regardless of whether we get accepted for the SoC or not).
