Looking at the table of contents of the Manual, it bothers me that the top heading, i.e. "1." is "User Manual", which refers to the whole page. It means that all of the other content in the manual is 1.x, which seems silly. IMHO, the table looks neater without the <pre>=User Manual=</pre> line. Could that title be removed?
