Victor Interactive Software was a Japanese video game developer and publisher that was formed on March 3, 1970. It was originally named Pack-in-Video, and was a joint venture between Nihon Victor and Tokyo Broadcasting to produce home and television video content. Pack-In-Video entered the video game market in 1985. In October 1996, the games division of Victor Entertainment was consolidated into Pack-in-Video, and the division was renamed Victor Interactive Software. Victor Interactive Software was acquired by Marvelous Entertainment in March 2003, and was renamed Marvelous Interactive. In 2007, Marvelous Interactive closed when it was merged into its parent company.

They ported and published the Sharp X68000 version of the role-playing game Dungeon Master.
