The Blackwell Legacy is the first installment in the Blackwell series, narrating the story of freelance writer Rosangela Blackwell and the ghost Joey Mallone.
The game is actually a commercial remake (with significant upgrades) of "Bestowers of Eternity", a freeware release by the same author.
The game plays as a classical point-and-click adventure, but unlike many adventures of the era it is more focused on the narrative, mantaining a serious but witty undertone. Puzzles are mostly solved through dialogue choices and investigation of the surroundings, rather than complicated item combinations.
