This is a list of things that still need to be handled properly:

Scene 4000: Before using The Tech when everything else is complete, the hero says something that stays on screen and corrupt everything after
Scene 5100: When the flesheaters are surrounding Quinn, they move EXTREMELY fast
Scene 6100: The probe commands seem a bit broken: you can't go straight forward (always turning in a direction) and only on direction is available (either left, or right, but not both). It's still completable, though
Scene 7300: the aquatic creatures keep slipping to the upper left.
In scene 9100, when talking with the slave, you're supposed to wear clothes as a disguise to enter the castle, but that never happens and Quinn exits to the left instead
