Zork series

The Zork games are a successful series of adventure games, originally made by Infocom, and later by Activision.

• Zork (1978) (free release, it was later broken up and sold commercially in three parts):
  • Zork I: The Great Underground Empire (1980)
  • Zork II: The Wizard of Frobozz (1981)
  • Zork III: The Dungeon Master (1982)
• Beyond Zork (1987)
• Zork Zero (1988)
• Return to Zork (1993)
• Zork Nemesis (1996)
• Zork: The Undiscovered Underground (1997)
• Zork: Grand Inquisitor (1997)

There were also other games set in the Zork universe:

• The Enchanter trilogy (1983-1985)

There were also spin-offs that are not supported by ScummVM:

• Zork Quest: Assault on Egreth Castle (1988) and Zork Quest: The Crystal of Doom (1989) - Interactive comic books marketed as "Infocomics"
• Legends of Zork (2009) - A shortlived massively multiplayer online browser game that was shut down two years after its debut.
