The game uses the following heuristics to find out which font to use: It looks up the string that, in English, would say "save". If it's "tallenna", it uses the Finnish font, if it's "zapisz" it uses the Polish font, and otherwise it uses the default font. It's currently unknown whether there actually ''are'' any Finnish or Polish version of the game.
Another unusual detail is that the name of the game is stored in the game text resources. According to a left-over comment in an unused function, there were four different titles: ''Broken Sword II'' (English), ''Circle of Blood II'' (American), ''Baphomet's Fluch II'' (German) and ''Some game or other, part 86'' (default).
