Interplay is a video game developer and publisher that was founded in 1983 in Southern California. They developed the adventure games Star Trek: 25th Anniversary and Star Trek: Judgment Rites, and published Operation Stealth, Future Wars, Cruise for a Corpse, and The Last Express.

In 1990, they formed a publishing label called Macplay, which was used to release games for MacOS. Through MacPlay, they published the MacOS version of the adventure game Zork: Grand Inquisitor. Interplay left the Macintosh market in 1997, but the MacPlay name was licensed to United Developers in 2000.
