Sanctuary Woods
Sanctuary Woods was a computer game developer and publisher, founded in 1988 by Brian Beninger and Toni Beninger.
The company was originally based in Kanata, Ontario but later moved to Victoria, B.C.
The Victoria studio was acquired by Disney in 1996, and rebranded as Disney Interactive Victoria.
Following years of financial troubles, the company eventually filed for bankruptcy in 1999.
They developed the adventure games Orion Burger, Ripley's Believe It or Not!: The Riddle of Master Lu and Hades Challenge.
They published The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time.
